Daikin confirms the effectiveness of its patented streamer technology, which successfully inactivated more than 99,9% of Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) after irradiating the virus in 3 hours.
With the majority of people spending over 90% of time indoors, it is crucial for the indoor air to be of good quality. Daikin’s patented Streamer Technology is at the heart of the Air Purifier and is able to clean the air by releasing ions into the air which generate active components that adheres to the surfaces of airborne hazards and pollutants and decomposes them.
Flash Streamer Technology
Using electrons to trigger chemical reactions with air borne particles, the Flash Streamer breaks down allergens such as pollen and fungal allergens and removes bothersome odours providing a better cleaner air. Unlike other air purifying systems, the Daikin Streamer Technology includes an electrostatically HEPA filter allowing the mesh filter size to be larger whilst collecting more particles efficiently. This design also allows more air to be filtered and therefore purified in your home or office up to a room size 40m2.
